Our co-founders

We created Innovationin-an evolution of our former name Innovation In Equity-to support individuals and organisations to thrive in a working world that’s evolving faster than ever.

With over 25 years of combined, cross-sector experience, we’ve helped thousands of people grow their confidence, advocate for their value, and build meaningful careers—while partnering with organisations to drive measurable progress in inclusion, equity, and performance.

We’re best known for co-designing Pfizer UK’s multi-award-winning gender equity strategy, which reduced their gender pay gap from 15.9% to 6.6% in just four years. This achievement reflects what we do best: turning bold ambition into practical, lasting impact.

Our work today spans career pathfinding, people-first AI adoption, and hybrid workforce strategy.
